Paolo Corti

My name is Paolo Corti, I am 32 years old and I live in Zürich, Switzerland.
I work as PhD Student at the Seminar for Applied Mathematics of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology .

This is my home page. At the moment this is a raw version, in the future you'll find here some information about myself, my hobbies and other things I think could be useful.

I love a lot to read, all kind of book. In the future I'll give some personal hint.

In the free time I'll find between work and friends, I'll update this page. The first thing will be the picture part, where I'll share my pictures with the world.

In the end I want to thank my older brother - Matteo - for the help that he has given to me to publish this web page and for the style class I'm using in this page.
In future I'll develop my personal style, but due of lack of time I'll use his that I find really beautiful.

In June of 2005 I've discovered that I suffered of a Chronic Myeloic Leukemia (CML). In March I went to the hospital to do a bone marrow transplant.
After one year all the analyses are still OK!
Now I'm slowly recovering enjoying the new life that somebody has given to me. That is the biggest and most beautiful present I have ever received.
During the time in the hospital, with the help of my brother I've kept a small journal, so that my family and my friends could know how I was feeling.
